Relm Cycling is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your product, for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days in the condition you received it and we will happily exchange or refund. We will also ship your exchange back to you within Australia for free!
The 30 day period commences the date your product is shipped from our store. This period may be extended if you are entitled to a refund or exchange under the Australian Consumer Law in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (Australian Consumer Law) (for example if faulty).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (unless faulty).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, for example your order number and the address to which your product was shipped.
HOW TO RETURN
If you need to return or exchange your product, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org outlining your request and mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us.
We recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable time.

If your exchange is approved, we will ship your exchange back to you within Australia for free!
Free return shipping is offered for Australian orders only, if you live internationally you will be required to pay for return postage.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Sale items can be returned to us within 14 days. The 14 day period commences on the day your product is shipped from our store. Outside this period sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless we are required to do so under the Australian Consumer Law.
